TREASURE project focuses on empowering young learners in local communities by equipping them with enhanced digital skills and knowledge. With the objective of adapting education and training systems to the digital age, we are developing a comprehensive digital education ecosystem that fosters the development of e-activism skills among youth.

Through our engaging and user-friendly e-learning platform, we are successfully providing young community members with the necessary tools to navigate the digital world with confidence. The project encompasses three key areas: digital inclusion in local community services, community media on green topics, and e-activism for social inclusion.

We are strategically focusing on five crucial components of digital competence: data and information literacy, collaboration and communication, creation of digital content, safety, and problem-solving. By strengthening these areas, we aim to enhance the knowledge, skills, and overall competence of our young community members.

Our project is meeting the needs of our target groups by delivering supportive learning content, improving the digital experience, and fostering active participation in e-activism training activities. Through carefully curated online resources, we ensure that young learners have access to the necessary tools for continued digital skill development.

As access to modern, technology-based education continues to grow, our project capitalizes on the practical use of digital technologies to enhance engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The integration of mobile technologies plays a pivotal role, providing learners with flexibility and empowering them to take control of their education. The communication and networking opportunities facilitated by mobile technologies also help learners build connections and develop valuable social skills.

Throughout the course of our project, we are achieving tangible outcomes. These include the creation of educational content spanning three modules, the establishment of an accessible e-learning platform with comprehensive curriculum and learning materials, the development of an instruction manual for platform usage, the production of e-brochures, seminar reports, and a pilot training report. We are also conducting impactful pilot programs and producing reports on their outcomes.

In terms of project management, we are implementing effective communication strategies, diligently managing risks, conducting quality evaluations, and executing comprehensive dissemination plans. We are organizing advisory board meetings to gather valuable insights and feedback. Our project website serves as a hub for information, while regular minutes from team meetings document progress. We are developing various dissemination materials such as posters, flyers, logos, and banners. Our sustainability plan ensures the long-term impact and continuity of our efforts. Finally, we will conclude the project with a comprehensive final conference report and a broadcast of the conference on YouTube.
By empowering young community members with enhanced digital skills and knowledge, our project contributes to a digitally inclusive and sustainable future. Through active participation, increased competence, and a heightened sense of empowerment, these youth are well-equipped to thrive in today’s society.
